To get a green tax-cut or tax-rebates we have to bring Uncle Sam down to (green) earth!

I will explore proposals to tie tax-breaks to energy conservation
in homes. For example the home-owners who use renewable energy like solar panels or wind-energy or reduce their energy bill
could get tax rebates. Thus double their savings as well as reducing environmental degradation.
DELINKING
FUNDING OF EDUCATION FROM PROPERTY
I would favorably consider propospals to delink funding of education
from property tax to income, thus relieving sernior citizens from two bad choices or either moving out of the homes and neighborhoods
they lived all lives to or having to pay much higher property taxes after the retirment when their only income may
be from social security.
